Order Repeat Prescriptions
Order your regular NHS medicines online or by phone — no need to visit your GP. We'll have them ready to collect.

We accept repeat prescription orders over the phone. Just call us on 01634 575805 during opening hours and we'll help you place your order.
How to order in 4 simple steps
You can order your repeat prescriptions from home, at any time. No phone calls or GP visits needed.

Create your NHS account
Go to the NHS website or download the NHS App on your phone. You will need your NHS number — you can find this on any letter from the NHS or your GP.

Log in and find your prescriptions
Once logged in, go to the prescriptions section. You will see a list of your regular medicines that your GP has set up as repeats.

Request your medicines
Tick the medicines you need and submit your request. Your GP will approve it, usually within 2 working days.

Collect from Medway Pharmacy
Once approved, your prescription is sent electronically to us. Come in and collect your medicines — we will have them ready for you.
