You can do this right now using the NHS App on your phone or the NHS website — it takes less than 2 minutes.

   Open the NHS App or visit the NHS website

   Download the NHS App on your phone or go to nhs.uk. You will need to log in with your NHS login — if you don't have one yet, you can register for free using your NHS number (found on any NHS letter).

   Go to your prescriptions

   Once logged in, tap or click on the Prescriptions section from the home screen or main menu.

   Find your nominated pharmacy

   Look for "Your nominated pharmacy" or "Choose a pharmacy" and select it. This is where your prescriptions will be sent automatically.

   Search for Medway Pharmacy

   Search for Medway Pharmacy, 465 Canterbury Street, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 5LJ. Select us from the results.

   Confirm your choice

   Review and confirm your selection. That's it — your future prescriptions will now be sent to us electronically, ready for you to collect.
